Life taught me. I listened. And somewhere along the way, I became her.

Here’s Me

A black coffee mug with gold writing that says 'Queen of Everything,' topped with a small gold crown, placed on a wooden surface with a blurred background.
Close-up of a woman with tan-colored, twisted braids partially covering her face, smiling and showing her teeth, with a tattoo on her shoulder.

My belief is simple: life should feel like something you actually get to live.

Music, dancing, good food, beautiful spaces, long conversations, fresh air, and the kind of laughter that makes you forget what you were worried about five minutes ago. Those are the things that bring me back into the moment. Curiosity keeps me paying attention. Reflection helps me understand what life is trying to teach me.

Somewhere along the way, I learned how to take life seriously without being serious about everything. Softness matters to me. So do freedom, pleasure, honesty, and relationships where I can fully be myself.

Living has taught me that growth doesn’t make us less human. Healing doesn’t mean the lessons stop coming. And wisdom certainly doesn’t mean the fun is over.

What I teach comes from what I’ve had to practice. What I write comes from what I’ve had to understand. And what I build comes from knowing what women need when they’re finding their way back to themselves.

Around here, we do the deep work. And we still live.
